Dr. Anny Dionne, is a native French-Canadian emergency room leader and a nurse educator. She has been a nurse for 15 years. She received her associate in nursing in Quebec in 2003. She migrated to the United States in 2005 where she learned Spanish. In addition to teaching herself English after migrating to the United States, she learned to speak and write Spanish in order to be meet the needs or her patients and employees in a hospital in Miami, Florida. In 2013, she decided to overcome her fears of going back to school since she had never attended university in English. In 2016, she graduated from Aspen University with a Master’s in Nursing Education, and in 2018 from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Doctorate in Healthcare Systems Leadership. She has taught in various universities including a graduate dual language program (English/Spanish). She currently teaches at Aspen University; Dr. Dionne has built a graduate program tailored for students with English as a second language at Miami Regional College.

Dr. Sven Jensen has a Ph.D. in biochemistry/molecular medicine from Harvard Medical School and the University of Bremen. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with different C-Level positions in international strategic consultancies like Booz Allen Hamilton (booz&co) in Dubai and global healthcare companies like GE Healthcare in Paris and Chicago as well as CSC/DXC Technology in Germany. Until April 2022, he had first been CEO and then Executive Board Member of the Munichbased NOVENTI Group. Within the NOVENTI Group, his responsibilities focused on new business innovation, consumer & retail health, health data analytics, digital transformation and sustainability. From mid-2022 he embodied the position of CEO of INNO3 in Leipzig, Germany before joining Neo Q in April of 2023. Dr. Jansen is an author, keynote speaker and recipient of the LSC Leadership Award of the Vatican. His commitment to planetary health & sustainability is internationally recognized. Due to his scientific and professional career, his industry emphasis includes payer, provider, and public funds as well as life sciences, pharma, biotech/biosimilars and MedTech.

Dr. Francesco Pio Palladino is a nurse with over 30 years of experience in the surgical field in all surgical specialties. The academic training completed in master science in nursing, master science in law and two executive masters in management, has provided a solid theoretical basis subsequently consolidated through university teaching positions and years of practical hospital experience where he has held roles of increasing responsibility. Over the course of my career, I have developed key skills in managing multidisciplinary teams for the success of projects, implementing strategies for the optimization of business processes, developing and analyzing innovative solutions for business growth. For years he has been a university professor, chief nurse, nurse educator, and OCM and speaker at numerous national and international conferences of significant importance and interest. Currently, his role is in the staff of the health management of the Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza Hospital where he deals, in addition to various functions, mainly with the management and costs of hospitalizations. His goal is to continue to grow professionally, taking on new challenges and contributing to the success of the organizations he collaborates with, through strategic solutions and an innovative approach.

Dr Tania Simmons has carried the vision of Healing for The Nations, Inc in her heart for more than 20 years. She helps train, equip, empower people in various nations. This vision was birthed through much pain after the loss of her first husband and wanting to make a difference through the love of God, compassion, and strategic impact amongst developing nations. Dr Tania Simmons has been involved with multiple humanitarian relief projects throughout the world some of those including Haiti, Ukraine, the USA, and Pakistan. She is the founder of Healing for The Nations and brings forth the global vision with the help of global partners internationally. She has been in healthcare as a registered nurse for more than 25 years. As a professor of nursing, raising the next generation of leaders in the nursing field has been extremely important to her heart as well. During these times it is imperative that we give back with passion and love for others. She also is the founder of Global Empowerment Firm which empowers through online workshops, challenges, and education. As a member of the P.O.W.E.R. women of excellence community as well as The Strathmore’s Who Worldwide of business leaders. She believes in helping people through a spirit of excellence. She is a keynote speaker, Author, Global Change Agent, Business Executive Coach and Chancellor of Breakthrough Theological University. She has been in academia and health care for more than 25 years with a neuroscience oncology background. She also has been awarded many Global Awards for business, education and humanitarian efforts from different nations. One of which is The Global Humanitarian Award for 2021 from the ambassador of Yemen. She also serves as country director for two Global educational platforms representing the USA.

Dr. Maria Dalamagka, MD, MSc, PhD, is a consultant anesthesiologist at the General Hospital of Larisa, Greece. Her expertise spans anesthesia management in pediatric, autistic, surgical, orthopedic, urological, obstetric, and otorhinolaryngological cases, as well as emergency treatments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a critical role in managing ICU patients in the operating room recovery unit. Additionally, she has explored acupuncture as an early intervention for chronic pain. Dr. Dalamagka is an active editor for various medical journals and has contributed significantly to the field through her research and editorial work.

Dr. Carlotta Eversley-Gabriele is a Transformational Nurse Leader, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field who started as a CNA and is following her passion to becoming a CNO. Carlotta considers herself to be an “Agent of Change!” and is “INTENTIONAL” about everything she does! Currently, she is the CEO of her own Nursing Consultant Firm, and she continues to appear at speaking engagements, Mastermind trainings and conduct Seminars on “Selfempowerment, Mindset, Leader-shift, Intentionality, and Excellence every opportunity she gets. Dr. Eversley-Gabriele is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, International Public Speaker, DISC Consultant and Thought Leader. Dr. Carlotta Eversley-Gabriele experiences has transcended from a CNA to a CEO. Her expertise as an Advance Clinical Nurse Educator at Atlanta’s Number one Trauma Center where she received a Bronze and Silver Certificate Award for Nursing Excellence, Director of Nursing, Nurse Administrator, and Nurse Professor at one of Georgia’s top Nursing Schools. She is the proud recipient of the 2024, Nurse Educator of the Year Award from the Women In Nursing, Excellence Awards Organization and the HHCP (Help Healthcare Professionals) Mary Jane Seacole, Change Agent Of the Year, Award of 2024. Dr. Eversley-Gabriele has membership to numerous organizations, including Sigma Theta Nursing Honor Society, and has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Nurses and Marquis Who’s Who in America. Dr. Eversley-Gabriele continues to make an impact as she became the 2023 recipient of the Global Iconic Lifetime Achievement Award (GILA) and the 2023 and 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. She has also been awarded her Honorary Doctorate, August 2024. Amongst her noble achievements Dr. Gabriele was bestowed the honor of being a Global Mindset Ambassador in the MM360 Organization in October, 2024 and is named the Ambassador to Guyana, her country of birth. Her goal overall is to create impact through influence. Dr. Nina Beaman is ANCC board-certified as a psychiatric nurse. She is also a certified nurse educator, women’s health nurse, and medical assistant. Dr. Beaman is the Chief Nurse Administrator of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Aspen University, where she also teaches forensic and public health courses. She lives on a farm in rural Virginia, with her husband who is a farm-to-table chef and serves as a parish nurse.

Dr. Ian James Martins is a highly recognized biomedical scientist affiliated with Edith Cowan University, Australia. His work spans anti-aging, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and metabolic disorders. With over 150 publications, he’s held multiple editorial roles, received 60+ international recognitions, and is a Fellow of the International Agency for Standards and Ratings. His research focuses on Sirtuin 1 as a diagnostic marker, and he has contributed to biomarker development, diet-disease links, and neurodegeneration prevention.

Tingzhong Yang, Professor and Director Research Center for Tobacco Control ,Zhejiang University and Research center for digital health theory and management, ZJU National Health Big Data Institute. He was an advisor for the World Health Organization in delivering policy and program on tobacco control to health professions students, and served as an expert in updating CRDs section in the WHO Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of NCDs 2013-2020. Dr. Yang s primary academic focus is social and behavior science in public health, and research interests are in tobacco control and mental stress. The Series of projects of “tobacco control advocacy capacity” covered all provinces in China, including more than 72 cities. In recent years he published more than 120 international papers（ORCID id：0000-0001-8234-0938）and more than 170 Chinese papers. Dr. Yang s research on tobacco control was officially reported by the World Health Organization, had been selected as one of the Research Highlights of the University at the celebration of the 120th anniversary of Zhejiang University, and was introduced under the title of "Using Cultural Understanding to Stub out Killer Habit" in Nature journal. Dr. Yang's research also involves social and behavioral theory in public health to develop China's social and cultural models and best practices. He has proposed several theories. He proposed several theories, such as the Theory of Effective and Reasoned Action, Perceived Belief-Subjective Norm Theory, and Chinse concept (Changdao Cudong) and culture modes of advocacy theory. He established the theoretical system of digital health behavior, proposed Digital Virtual Behavior Theory, Digital Stool Use Behavior Theory, and others. He has published several books, including "Health Behavior Theory and Research" and "Health Research: Social and Behavioral Theory and Methods." He has also edited books such as "Smoking Environments in China, Challenges for Tobacco Control" and "Mental Stress and Behaviour Problems Among Special Groups: Social Resources, Influences on Health, and Reducing Health Inequities". In addition, Dr. Yang has also studied mental stress, exploring the social mechanisms of mental stress among Chinese people. He proposed a social theory for stress and the concept of situational uncertainty stress, and developed the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) and the uncertainty stress questionnaire, and has also created a cultural stress management model, which has been widely used in China, particularly in the study of COVID-19. Recently dedicated to lung disease smoking control, elderly health research. "Elderly Health Research" is a cooperative research project signed by China and New Zealand during Chinese Premier Li Qiang's visit to New Zealand. "PulmoRehab: Remote Lung Rehabilitation Service Platform Construction" was awarded the "Three Partners" Fund in New Zealand, a decision announced by New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon in the presence of the two countries' leaders. He was the Asian Editor for the American Journal of Health behavior, and currently is editor of the Global Journal of Social Sciences Studies.
